prepare
a
licensed
cosmetologist
to
become
a
qualified
instructor
in
a
licensed
school
of
cosmetology.
Course
Objectives:
Upon
the
completion
of
this
course
the
student
will
have
acquired
the
ability
to
pass
the
State
Board
of
Cosmetology
examination,
become
a
licensed
instructor,
and
have
the
capability
to:
1.
Supervise
the
clinic
floor;
2.
Construct
lesson
plans;
3.
Teach
different
subjects
in
the
professional
field;
and
4.
Manage
a
cosmetology
school.

plan,
prepare,
present
and
evaluate.
Effective
teaching
skills
are
gained
through
working
with
licensed
instructors
and
counseling
